A limited warranty is included with each Luxeora product purchase. Warranties are valid for one year. This limited warranty covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding normal wear and tear, malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence, or if you change your style. Luxeora will at their discretion, repair or replace any component needed to restore the product to full working order or condition.
To submit a warranty claim, send your request to Luxeora.com, including original invoice, order details, and description of damage. Luxeora may ask for photos of product damage to speed up claim.

For online purchases, Luxeora will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery from Luxeora.com.
Sale merchandise and corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Luxeora.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any Luxeora authorized department stores or distributors.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the product and packaging remains intact.
Luxeora reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Luxeora’s sole discretion.
Merchandise returned to Luxeora.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
